I see many Lv28 Bosses around ToA... - Guild Wars Forums

Recently, i started to use my Warrior with "Charge" and Sprint to explore the map, making it more appealing to me

I see many Lv28 Bosses around ToA,
Anyone ever tried to slay them ?
Do they got elite ?

there is a lvl 28 mergoyle boss NW of toa that ive been unable to defeat with henchies, havent been able to get a party together to fight him. i know he uses mesmer and ele skills, dont think i saw any elites though.
